I am Katerina “Kat” Ryan, a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic and Matrona Certified Birth Doula. As a Chiropractor I specialize in perinatal and pediatric care, which has paved the path for my career in birthwork.

I answered my calling as a birth doula shortly after being transformed by the powerful natural birth of my first child.

I believe strongly that: “birth is a natural, physiological event that occasionally needs medical attention; not a medical event that occasionally happens naturally.” 

Birth has become a strong passion of mine, and as a Doula, I especially strive to educate, empower and be an advocate for my clients, reminding them that they have full control of their birth plan and putting them as my number one priority.
